Having spent more than 25 years operating a successful Outdoor Recreation business and training organisation, Martin has an extensive knowledge of the Outdoor Recreation Industry and the skills needed to ensure that our clients achieve a high standard of proficiency from their course. |
![]() | Joe Saunders Joe is Asset Training Australia's Defensive Techniques Instructor and casual Security / Crowd Control Instructor. Joe has worked in the Security Industry as a Security Officer, Crowd Controller, Bodyguard and Security Supervisor. As a two time national Judo champion with training in various styles of defensive techniques, Joe provides our clients with the skills, knowledge and confidence to defend themselves should they be placed in a risk situation. Joe also operates his own self defence academy 'Progressive Defence' focusing on proactive self defence. |

![]() | Tracy Turner Tracy is Asset Training Australia’s Traffic Control and OH&S Induction (White Card) Instructor. After spending more than 16 years working in the marine and recreational boating industry, Tracy decided to pursue a career in the Traffic Management industry. She has worked extensively as a Traffic Controller around Queensland and recently acquired her Trainer / Assessor qualifications allowing her to pass on her experience to others. This experience combined with her cheerful personality makes the courses both interesting and educational. |

With 26 years experience in the Royal Australian Navy, 8 years as an Officer of Cadets in the Australian Army Cadets including his current appointment as the Officer Commanding 126ACU, Mark has both the skills and knowledge to ensure that the volunteer members of the Australian Defence Force Cadets benefit from this program. |
