Asset Training Australia is registered to deliver the following qualification from the Public Safety Training Package:
This qualification has been registered specifically for the purpose of supporting the Australian Defence Force Cadets and providing recognition to the Army, Navy and Air Force Cadets that commit much of their time to supporting the community and developing admirable personal attributes such as Courage, Initiative and Teamwork.
The Australian Defence Force Cadets (ADFC) are a community based youth organisation structured in a similar manner to that of the Australian Defence Force. Members of the ADFC are aged 12 ½ to 18 and voluntarily attend local training sessions on a regular basis as well as field training exercises, ceremonial parades, community functions and events, community fund raising projects and leadership development courses; all outside of the normal school curriculum.

The ADFC operates with the support of the Australian Defence Force and local communities. The adult staff that supervise the program, many of whom are former or current serving members of the ADF, dedicate much of their time to ensuring that the program continues to operate safely and efficiently providing opportunities Australia's youth to learn and become valuable members of the community.
