3CIR was founded by ex-serving military personnel from the Australian and New Zealand Defence Forces, with the primary goal of helping current and former serving men and women transition into civilian life smoothly through education.

While challenging and rewarding, careers in defence are unique and many of the skills and qualifications received during service are not often recognised by civilian employers. This gap in support is bridged through 3CIR. The team’s Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) services help transfer valuable skills and knowledge into nationally accredited qualifications.
