Recognition of prior learning (RPL)

Asset College has partnered with 3CIR, combining the best in support for ex-serving military personnel in Australia and New Zealand with nationally recognised qualifications.

3CIR (Courage, Commitment, Comradery, Integrity and Respect). 3CIR’s name, and the driving force behind everything they do.

3CIR was founded by ex-serving military personnel from the Australian and New Zealand Defence Forces, with the primary goal of helping current and former serving men and women transition into civilian life smoothly through education.

While challenging and rewarding, careers in defence are unique and many of the skills and qualifications received during service are not often recognised by civilian employers. This gap in support is bridged through 3CIR. The team’s Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) services help transfer valuable skills and knowledge into nationally accredited qualifications.

With 3CIR’s developed industry expertise, they have expanded their services to offer the same level of support, passion and commitment to anyone wanting to improve themselves through educational opportunities. 3CIR offers Asset College qualifications to those looking to change their careers, up-skill in their profession or exit the defence forces.

3CIR’s services are delivered in partnership with Asset College. Through this longstanding working relationship the facilitation of nationally recognised training has improved and 3CIR can provide their clients with the highest standard of qualifications.

“The benefits we receive from this partnership are many, and we look forward to continuing to work alongside Asset College into the future.”

Matthew Pitt, Chief Operations Officer
