Asset Training Australia celebrates 10 years in business!
There is nothing more rewarding than reaching a milestone. On Saturday the 30th of January, Managing Director, Mark Costello and the Asset Training Australia team lived that feeling at the company’s 10 year anniversary function at Sunset Blue, Scarborough Boat Harbour.
The event was attended by staff and their partners, franchisees and training partners, industry affiliates and friends of Asset Training Australia. The wild weather did not deter attendees from the event with over 60 people coming out to congratulate Asset Training Australia on their achievements.
The host for the night, Business Development Manager Kevin McAney, led the night humorously from entrée to dessert and everything in-between accompanied by speeches from training partners Gavriel Schneider & David Hudson. Administration Manager, Philippa Austin also took a moment to thank the team for all of the hard work and care that goes into looking after all of the students that come through the doors at Asset.
From humble beginnings, Asset Training Australia, started out as a small home office in North Lakes accompanied by a small training facility in Surfers Paradise. Two years later, it was clear that Asset Training Australia needed its own permanent home so Mark moved the business into Westfield North Lakes and head office operations continue out of this location today.
Since this time, Asset Training Australia has expanded to franchises across Brisbane and in Townsville, while securing partnerships with experts in their field to deliver training right across Australia. Over the years, the company has had some remarkable students come through each with their own learning needs and life experiences, diversity that the team at Asset continue to use to improve the training experience of students to come.
When employees of ATA are asked about what makes the company special, they always say the people. Asset Training Australia consists of a team of dedicated staff who work tirelessly to ensure that the company remains one of the leading vocational education providers. Nobody can create a successful business on their own..
On the night, Mark & Kristyn were presented with gifts organised by the staff who wanted to show their thanks and appreciation for their place within the Asset Training Australia family – as it is for certain, that the staff at Asset have become like family.
The plans for the future?…
Continue to build and expand on our awesome team and the reach of Asset Training Australia so that we can assist more and more students to change their careers, achieve a qualification they’ve always dreamed of or start a new life through the opportunities that quality training can provide.
Asset Training Australia would like to thank everybody who has been a part of the journey, as each and every person has been instrumental to the RTO’s success and everybody that we work with are most certainly ‘assets’ to the business. The Asset Training Australia team look forward to continuing to provide high quality education and training for decades to come.
