BSB40315 Certificate IV in Customer Engagement

The Certificate IV in Customer Engagement aims to prepare you for supervising staff in a retail or service environment. You will learn how to guide and train staff members in effective customer service techniques while having some responsibility for their output

Duties at this level are varied and may include responding to complex customer requests, handling complaints, coaching staff and completing related administrative tasks.

Entry Requirements

There are no prerequisite units required for entry into this course.

You will require intermediate English language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) skills. If you have not previously completed a Certificate III qualification you may be required to undertake an Online LLN TEST prior to commencing enrolment in this course.

If complething the online course you will also need:

  • Access to a computer with word processing, PDF reader capabilities and an internet connection

Delivery Options

OPTION 1 – Study Online
Study where and when it suits you by using our interactive elearning platform. You will have 12 months to complete this course at your own pace. You will be able to contact your trainer by email and phone for assistance.

OPTION 2 – Study Online at our Facilities
You can complete the same online course at our facilities using our resources and equipment at no extra cost. If you need some direction, we will have staff available to provide additional support if required. This option is not available at all locations, bookings are essential.

OPTION 3 – Study in Class
By request only. We can schedule a 5 or 10 day face-to-face workshop for groups of 5 or more students. Note that there may be additional work required following the workshop to complete the course in full.

OPTION 4 – Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
