Certificate IV in Franchising is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to become franchisees.
If you are looking to grow your business or to start a new business, franchising can be one of the fastest, most cost-effective and safest methods to do so. If you are looking at buying a franchise or have already commenced a franchise business then the Certificate IV in Franchising will help you to understand your rights and responsibilities as a franchisee as well as assist you to develop strategies that will help your business grow.
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply well-developed skills and a broad knowledge base in relation to the franchising industry. They may act as a franchisee in any industry area and have managerial responsibilities for the franchise and the relationship with a franchisor.
Upon successful completion of this course a Certificate IV in Franchising (BSB40715) will be awarded.

This qualification requires no prerequisite units. It is however expected that participants are able to display sufficient English language, literacy, and numeracy skills at a year 11 level or equivalent.
Basic computer skills are required for this qualification.
Participants may choose to undertake an LLN assessment with one of our qualified assessors prior to committing to their enrolment in this qualification.
Units of Competency
The Certificate IV in Franchising includes a total of 10 units.
3 Core and 7 Electives.

OPTION 1 – Study Online
Study where and when it suits you by using our interactive elearning platform. You will have 12 months to complete this course at your own pace. Everybody learns at different rates and therefore participants may take less time to complete the qualification – this all depends on how much time a student has to dedicate to study.
OPTION 2 – Study Online at our Facilities
You can complete the same online course at our facilities using our resources and equipment at no extra cost. We will also have staff available to provide additional support if required. Note: Subject to availability, bookings are essential.
OPTION 3 – Study in Class
Although we do not generally offer this course in-class we can schedule a 5 or 10 day face-to-face workshop for groups of 5 or more students. Note that there may be additional work required following the workshop.
OPTION 4 – Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
