When working crowd control you’ll be managing people at large events. This will generally involve making sure people go where they are meant to, when they are meant to and ensure a crowd is moving about the space in a safe and sensible way.
Crowd Control is a vital job in the security industry. Without it there could be riots, injuries or even fatalities.
If you have no previous experience in security, in order to have crowd control added to your licence you must complete CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations in full.
If you are a current licence holder without the crowd control component, you will be required to complete the CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations in full to have this component added to your licence.
