- As an extension to training, we organise regular interviews and interview referrals opportunities for pre-screened licensed individuals. We have extensive formal employment focused relationships with every major National Security Employer and many of Queensland’s leading regional security employers.
- Our unique ‘Employer Connections speed dating’ events provide real-time interaction with the industry’s leading employers.

Unlike other Registered Training Providers (RTO’s), our service does not end with the issue of a Certificate.
Asset College are the pioneer of ‘Employer Connections’ for Graduates across the Security Sector. Developing post training, networking and employment referral opportunities for our graduates is very important to us. It creates a win-win outcome that connects well trained and screened individuals with quality employers, maintaining lasting professional relationships across the sector.
When selecting a Registered Training Provider (RTO) for your Security Training, it is important to understand who you engage with and what you truly want from being licensed in the sector.
Asset College provides a unique level of pre, core and post training support for all Graduates.
For any graduate that needs post training employment support, we offer a unique and complimentary employment preparation readiness and referral service designed to connect Graduates to Employers.

Pre-Employment Coaching
Pre-Employment Support Sessions
We offer complimentary Pre-Employment Coaching Sessions for all ASSET graduates.
The purpose of this session is to provide graduates an opportunity to get advice on how to best prepare for referrals to the security sector.
The session – approximately one hour in duration will provide:
- Resume Support
- Employer readiness tips
- Direct Referral Support
These sessions run fornightly, Mondays 10am.
Please note. You must have lodged your licence application prior to booking your pre-employment session.

Securecorp, Prime Group, Certis Security Australia and Armaguard join us at our Parramatta campus to present on corporate, retail, event, venue, airport and cash in transit roles available.

Trident Services Australia attended our Logan campus to conduct speed interviews with candidates for multiple retail security roles.
