This qualification reflects the roles of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.

The Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) includes a total of 8 units.
2 Core and 6 Electives.

This qualification is only available through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
For each unit of competency, candidates will be given the option to demonstrate competency through a combination of any of the following:
Each candidate is assessed individually. Our assessment team will validate the evidence supplied and conduct mapping against the evidence requirements for each unit. Where required, assessors will request additional evidence and provide guidance on suitable types of evidence for the candidate to supply.

You will be guided by our experienced RPL Assessors through the process.
Should we deem you a suitable candidate for RPL, a 50% deposit is required to begin the mapping process for your RPL with final payment being made once the RPL is completed and prior to certificates being issued.
Time frames for completion of your RPL
Students are required to submit the requested evidence for assessment by ASSET within 3 months of paying their deposit. If requested evidence cannot be supplied within this time frame a $50 extension fee will be applied.
Suggested pathways for further study upon completion of this qualification include:
*Ensure you check with the college or institution through which you are pursuing your Masters on their rules regarding granting credit for qualifications from other organisations and/or through Recognition of Prior Learning.
Southern Cross University are able to assess ASSET graduates of this qualification for credit of 2 units (12% of the course) towards the Master of Business Administration through their institution.
