HLTSS00027 Occupational First Aid Skill Set

AVAILABLE FOR GROUP BOOKINGS ONLY.

This skill set provides a set of skills to establish, maintain and facilitate the provision of appropriate first aid in a workplace environment, including the skills to provide an emergency first aid response in the event of an emergency.

Course Outcomes

On successful completion of the course, participants will be issued with a Statement of Attainment HLTSS00027 Occupational First Aid Skill Set

Entry Requirements

There are no prerequisite units required for this qualification. It is however expected that participants have English language, literacy, and numeracy skills equivalent to at least Year 10 level.

Students must be physically capable of responding to first aid emergency scenarios, including providing CPR to a manikin on the floor. Anyone in a wheelchair or with other disabilities that may impact their participation in these activities should contact us to discuss their individual circumstances before enrolling.

It is delivered over 3 days supported by online study components. Minimum numbers required for group bookings at our office or yours is 7 people.
