Description of Role

Customer Contact Segment Managers are primarily responsible for all customer segment group research. This includes the extraction of customer data and analysis of customer profiles to determine market segment requirements.

Customer Contact Segment Managers then use information on customer profiles to develop targeted products and marketing campaigns. They also provide relevant information to sales and marketing teams to aid in the effective promotion of the organization’s products and services.

They should also be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures in their field. They must possess a wide degree of creativity and latitude as they are expected to lead and direct the work of others and perform a variety of tasks.
