Description of Role

Customer Service Assistants basically answer queries and offer information to customers. They are engaged in a lot of interaction with the general public in a variety of methods, including face-to-face, over the phone and via email.

They may also perform routine functions which include but not limited to arranging displays, handling payments and taking part in promotions and events. Customer Service Assistants are expected to be abreast of all the latest products and promotions so that they can explain the information effectively to interested customers.
