Enterprise Trainers/Assessors train and/or assess individuals within a workplace or RTO. They deliver and assess nationally-recognised training, which includes the provision of work skills instruction, planning and organisation of assessment activities, development of assessment instruments, assessment of competence and participation in the validation process.
Enterprise Trainers/Assessors may have different specialties and may use their skills to train new employees, teach new skills or business systems to existing employees or assist during company mergers.
They can work in many fields, depending on their training specialty. These include, among others, human resources, business administration, organisational management and information technology.
