Junior Personal Assistants perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the work of senior staff. They are expected to have extensive knowledge of the organisation in which they work. They need to know who the key personnel are, both external and internal, and understand the organisation’s aims and objectives.

Junior Personal Assistants are responsible for typing meeting minutes, organising diaries, fielding calls and organising travel arrangements for senior staff members. They may also be asked to carry out specific projects and research.
