Program Coordinators basically support Program Directors by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating activities of the program. They also provide coordination between the organisation and program participants.

Program Coordinators must have good problem solving skills, be resourceful and willing to take initiative when a situation calls for it. They also need to possess a good understanding and knowledge of the requirements of the program they are working on.
