Senior Executives provide executive level administrative support to ensure that business development, operations and office management are carried out effectively and efficiently. They are specifically responsible for schedule management, records and reports, board liaison, staff supervision and speeches and presentations.
Senior Executives also conduct research, handle information requests and perform other relevant clerical functions. They may also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff. As they are expected to perform a wide range of duties, Senior Executives must be comfortable working across multiple tasks and managing complex and confidential information.
