Workforce Capability Development Leaders are responsible for the development and delivery of integrated learning programs to ensure than an organisation’s workforce is equipped with the required skills and capabilities to achieve strategic objectives.
They liaise with subject matter experts, employee and organisational services groups and individuals to ensure that external training resources and training content are developed and delivered based on the competencies needed to meet operational and organisational capability requirements.
Workforce Capability Development Leaders have proven experience in leading the development, coordination and evaluation of training delivery within an organisation. They also have proven ability to achieve positive results across a range of programs. They possess well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, as well as negotiation and project management skills. .
