Workforce Development Leaders provide advanced level professional support to workforce development programs such as the examination, inspection, tracking of trends and research of program activities. They ensure that services and programs match employee needs.
Workforce Development Leaders are actively involved in developing and enhancing positive skill traits needed to achieve a healthy organisation such as leadership, teamwork, communication, listening and understanding. They also work with other key managers to communicate, promote and lead company initiatives.
They must also have strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to implement projects successfully. They should be able to motivate and lead teams in a positive manner.
