How do I apply for a Study Pay Payment Plans?
- Contact us on 1300 731 602 or email [email protected] so that we can talk to you about your options.
- We will either provide you a link to apply for your payment plan or we will assist in setting up the plan over the phone. This will be dependent on whether your course is a standard fee or you are booking multiple courses or discounts apply.
- After the plan has been submitted and you have signed your plan agreement, we require 3 business days for it to processed before we can select the start date for your plan.
- Once your plan start date has been confirmed, we require a further 3 business days from the date of your first payment before we can confirm your booking. This is to ensure that your first payment has successfully been debited. Please keep this timeframe in mind when registering for your course.
What do I need to know about Study Pay Payment Plans?
- There is a $25 account establishment fee.
- There is a $5 monthly account keeping fee.
- Plans are interest free.
- There is no penalty for paying off your plan early.
- Plans are available on courses valued at $295 and above.
- Weekly or fortnightly repayments are available.
- Terms are 3, 6 or 12 months depending on the cost of your course.
- There is a $25 charge if you miss a direct debit on your nominated date.
