I wanted to say a big thank you to the amazing Ella who was always so positive, supportive, efficient and encouraging. My first and last impression of Asset College is very positive because of Ella.
Your trainers Jacky, Matt and David were extremely supportive to all of us. They were encouraging when things got tough, and checked in with us individually if we needed it. It made the learning experience more enjoyable.
I enjoyed it when they shared their stories and humanness. It made it easier to bond with them and even though they were pushing us hard, I knew they wanted us all to pass, and not just pass, to learn and have all the tools to be the best, the safest and the most successful in our new job roles.
