Course Overview
CSC40122 Certificate IV in Correctional Practice
Asset College only offers this qualification direct to the public through Recognition of Prior Learning.
Already working in the corrections or justice sector? The Certificate IV in Correctional Practice provides an opportunity to have your existing skills, experience, and knowledge formally recognised through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
This qualification is designed for experienced professionals responsible for the supervision and management of offenders and detainees in custodial or community-based settings. Whether you’re managing teams, conducting offender assessments, maintaining safety and security, or contributing to rehabilitation efforts, your on-the-job expertise could meet many of the competency requirements.
Through RPL, you can fast-track your qualification, reduce duplication of learning, and gain formal recognition for the work you already do—supporting career advancement and meeting regulatory or employer requirements.
