BSB50215 Diploma of Business

A Diploma of Business can apply to many job roles in many industries and gives you a broad knowledge of business activities involving marketing, human resources and project management and the ability to lead and manage your team to success.

This qualification is also suited to the needs of individuals with little or no vocational experience, but who possess sound theoretical business skills and knowledge that they would like to develop in order to create further educational and employment opportunities.

Knowing a little about a lot is a helpful skill to managing teams in a business environment and ensuring that the staff with the right skills, are handling the right jobs and creating innovative solutions for change.

Course Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be awarded a Diploma of Business (BSB50215).

This qualification is suited to those looking to begin careers in the following roles:

Entry Requirements

There are no formal prerequisites required for this qualification.

However, it is expected that participants have English language, literacy, and numeracy skills equivalent to at least Year 12 level.

Basic to intermediate computer skills are also required for entry into this qualification.

Participants may choose to undertake an LLN assessment prior to committing to their enrolment in this qualification.

Delivery Options

OPTION 1 – Study Online
Study where and when it suits you by using our interactive elearning platform. You will have 12 months to complete this course at your own pace.

OPTION 2 – Study Online at our Facilities
You can complete the same online course at our facilities using our resources and equipment at no extra cost. We will also have staff available to provide additional support if required. Note: Subject to availability, bookings are essential.

OPTION 3 – Study in Class
Although we do not generally offer this course in-class we can schedule a 5 or 10 day face-to-face workshop for groups of 5 or more students. Note that there will be additional work required following the workshop.

OPTION 4 – Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
