About Asset College

Asset College’s Parramatta office is located at 30 Cowper Street, Western Sydney’s economic capital and a fast growing region in Sydney, NSW. The office intercepts with Marion Street and Parkes Street and backs onto the train line of Station Street East.

We are located in the same building as Life Without Barriers and have a dedicated Wilson Parking Facility in the building.

Public Transport

Travelling to and from the office couldn’t be easier, with the Parramatta and Harris Park railway stations both in walking distance.

If travelling via bus, the closest bus stop is Lansdowne Street at Church Street.


While there is no student parking on-site, there is a range of paid parking facilities including a Wilson Security parking facility within 30 Cowper Street.

Things to do

After you’ve finished your training with ASSET, why not explore the local area in Parramatta? There are some great places that you can visit and they are all free! This includes visiting Parramatta Park, Lake Parramatta Reserve, Old Government House, Riverside Theatres and Parramatta Farmers Markets.

If you’re looking for something to do with kids you can take them to water play in Centenary Square. There are also a number of other parks with awesome play equipment for kids in the area.

There are also many support services available in the city for those who need them. This includes services for those who might need meals and/or accommodation, support for parents and mental health services also.
